What to make, what to make . . .
Okay, so it totally sucked that we had to call off the bake sale last Sunday (4/25), but it's all good. We'll be at the Piazza (Northern Liberties) Friday night vending at the PUFF Movie House. Now that we have that out of the way, the big thing is what to make. I know that I'm going to make cookies (chocolate chip, Drunken oatmeal raisin), cupcakes (red velvet, maybe Walking on Sunshine), and brownies, but I don't know what else. I was thinking about attempting chocolate mousse shot, but I don't know if I'll have the time. If not, better luck next time.

This Month's Bake Sale Is Canceled
Saw that it is going to rain on Sunday, so, the bake sale is canceled. I am disappointed. I was working on some awesome stuff like red velvet cupcakes, lemon blueberry scones, and chocolate bacon truffles. While this news sucks big time, there is a silver lining: Sheila+Sharon's Cookies will be at the Philadelphia Underground Film Forum, aka PUFF, on Friday April 30th at the Piazza.
The bake sale will be rescheduled for a later date.

Lauren's Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Lauren of Gigglepotamus , was generous enough to share her gluten free peanut butter cookies recipe.
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter

Combine ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with tines of fork & bake in a 375° oven for 12-15 minutes, or until browned nicely.
